Wallaby Rise Caravan & Bush Camping Park is located just 250 metres from the first boat ramp at Lake Glenmaggie - one of Gippsland's true hidden gems. You won't find white boundary lines, site numbers, crowded sites or jumping pillows and plastic playgrounds. We pride ourselves on offering a peaceful place to enjoy your getaway, right in the heart of nature and the Australian bush.
Get ready for a relaxing camping experience in safe surroundings. You'll discover good-sized campsites (both powered and unpowered), all with an open fireplace where you and the family will feel safe and comfortable. Being amongst the peace and quiet of the beautiful Aussie bush will also give you the chance to slow down, enjoy yourself and reconnect with nature.
There is plenty of room for the kids to run, ride a bike or throw a stick on the fire. After a pleasant day at the lake, nothing beats a barbecue, or sitting around the campfire and enjoying a cool drink while dinner cooks in the camp oven. Just watch out the kookaburras don't pinch a snag from the barbie!
Wallaby Rise has clean facilities that include a barbecue area, toilets, showers, as well as a separate bath, and laundry room with a washing machine.
